Zemic BM14A

Zemic BM14A is one of the best high capacity load cells from 10 tons to 200 tons, which is mostly used in heavy scales. The design of this unique and special load cell consists of four columns and 16 strain gauges, and in load cell tests, especially fatigue and reversibility tests, very good results have been recorded for this load cell. The manufacturing quality of the BM14A load cell is excellent, so that all the external connections are laser welded. The four-column design of this load cell has made it more resistant to abnormal loads and has higher accuracy and sensitivity against eccentric forces. Perhaps the only disadvantage of this load cell is its relatively expensive price.
BM14A is a multi-column compression load cell. The maximum output of these load cells (Full Scale Output) is set by the manufacturing company in such a way that they have very little difference with each other, and in multi-load cell weighing systems, edge-balancing of this type of load cell can be done easily by means of a junction box. The material of this load cell is stainless steel and has an IP68 degree of protection, which can be used in water. BM14A load cell has ATEX standard, which can be used in explosive and dangerous environments.
